热芯盒制芯法是铸造新工艺之一,由于它具有生产率高、劳动强度低、砂芯质量好等优点,采用的工厂日渐广泛。我厂对这一工艺经实践中不断试验和改进,现已基本稳定,扩大了使用范围。以分配器芯子为例,芯盒寿命长,成本低,经济效果显著,保证了优质高产。现将有关工艺介绍如下。一、混砂工艺1.原材料(1)原砂为木里图砂(50/100目),过80目,用筛上原砂。其粒度分布见表1。
