1 工程概况原工程主楼地上27层,地下3层,裙房5层,总建筑面积5万 m~2,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框剪体系。主楼为筏板基础,基础埋深-13.7m(底板面标高为-11.2m),采用预应力管桩,桩基持力层为⑦_2层粉细砂。裙房为柱下独立承台桩基础,基础埋深-12.7m,采用方桩,桩基持力层为⑦_1层砂质粉土。本次续建结构工程主要为:增设地下夹层,6层楼面(裙房屋面)增设冷却塔,配合水电暖通要求,在楼板和剪力墙局部增设管道洞。续建建筑抗震设防按丙类,设防烈度为7度、近震,建筑场地为Ⅳ
