农村得天独厚的各种农作物、野草、野果、家禽家畜、山石树叶等都是幼儿教育的好素材,也是环境创设的好素材。对于地处农村的乡镇幼儿园来说,利用好大自然赋予幼儿园丰富的教育资源,优化育人方式,创设区角活动,能使幼儿教育过程建立在多方面的主体性实践活动的基础上,引领幼儿充分体验和探索,发挥幼儿的自主性和主体性,杜绝幼儿教育“小学化”;也为实现低成本、高效益的幼儿教育创造了条件,能够满足农村幼儿活动的需要,会为孩子营造一个优美而富有特色的成长环境。以下是我在教学实践中的点滴体会,许多想法和做法还不够成熟,愿与大家交流探讨。
