众所周知,影响学生学习过程的因素是多方面的,概括起来主要的有三个方面:智力因素、非智力因素、可控制因素。非智力因素包括学习动机、兴趣、态度、个性等,组成一个学习的动力系统,这个系统不直接介入学习,而是激发学习的积极性,挖掘学习的潜能,调节学习活动,具有始动、定向、引导、维持、调节、强化等功能。
