由北京英伦育才教育咨询有限责任公司赞助,中国劳动保障科学研究院具体承担的《中国境外就业问题研究》课题近日结题。该课题分别从我国境外就业现状、渠道和方式、政策制度、国际经验教训的借鉴与思考、服务贸易、留学生就业以及劳动力跨国就业基本理论等七个方面进行了系统研究,总结了我国境外就业工作的基本经验,分析了存在的问题及根源,提出了我国境外就业发展战略基本框架和政策建议。该项研究选题站位较高,研究系统全面,在理论探讨和实际应用研究方面都有新的突破,对推动我国境外就业政策制定和立法工作将起到重要参考作用。为使广大就业工作者(就业管理者、研究人员以及关注我国就业工作的非就业领域人士)了解该项研究的最新成果,我们将分期予以连载,以飨读者。
Sponsored by Beijing Yinglun Yucai Education Consulting Co., Ltd., the subject of “Study on Employment Issues Outside China” specifically undertaken by China Academy of Social Sciences for Labor and Social Security has been concluded recently. This subject systematically researches seven aspects of employment status quo, channels and methods, policies and systems, international experience and lessons learned, service trade, employment of overseas students and basic theory of transnational employment of labor force. It concludes that overseas employment in China Analyzes the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward the basic framework and policy proposals for the employment development strategy of our country. This research topic has a high degree of standing, a comprehensive research system, new breakthroughs in theoretical discussions and practical applications, and will play an important reference role in promoting the formulation and legislation of overseas employment policies in our country.
