俗话说,无酒不成席。可见酒在餐饮中地位的重要,酒的文化自不需记者赘述,在这里记者想谈的是与酒店服务紧密相关的--酒的服务文化。饮用葡萄酒,无论是酒本身,还是酒具,甚至开瓶的技巧、饮用时的温度,都有极高的要求,先看酒具:酒杯必须清洁,无任何污物及水痕。酒杯的清洗很重要,最好用热水浸泡。然后用蒸馏水冲洗,在纯棉布上沥干。勿将杯子倒扣在纸上,因为纸浆的气味对品尝有一定的影响,使用前用干净的细丝绸擦净酒杯。不同形状的玻璃杯对不同葡萄酒有不同效果:
