为了提高压电陀螺敏感器件振梁材料的机械稳定性和频率温度系数的稳定性,充分发挥材料的使用潜力,采用了L_(16)正交实验法,对恒弹性合金3J58进行了最优处理工艺的选择.实验对16组工艺条件下的金相组织、硬度、宏观内应力、频率温度系数及尺寸稳定性进行了测量,获得了16组工艺条件下的各种性能的测试结果.对数据进行了统计分析及方差分析.认识到回火温度是影响材料性能的显著性因子,选择了最优处理工艺为A_2B_3C_3D_2.计算了优化工艺的获分点估计值,区间估计值.为进一步提高材料的性能和工艺稳定性提供了实验依据.
