以鞍山市幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷调查法研究鞍山市幼儿教师的职业倦怠及影响因素。研究表明:鞍山市幼儿教师的职业倦怠现象并不十分严重,但幼儿教师已经普遍存在职业倦怠的现象,其中情绪衰竭现象较为严重;教师的倦怠程度在幼儿园体制、是否在编以及婚姻状况上存在显著差异;人格特质、主观幸福感是导致幼儿教师职业倦怠的重要因素;在收入、教龄长短上,幼儿教师的职业倦怠状况无明显差异。
