为研究DPOAE尤其是DPOAE频谱变化过程的基本特征,根据0.125—8kH_z倍频纯音听阈和鼓室导抗图选择听力正常年轻人19例38耳进行DPOAE的测试.测试的内容包括DP-图、I/O曲线、潜伏期和DPOAE频谱变化过程.结果:DPOAE在正常人均能检出,幅值有明显的个体差异性,DP-图呈双峰伏,峰值分别为9.11±5.28dB SPL和7.72±6.85 dB SPL,位于1.5、6kHz处;3kHz处最小,为5.56±5.84dB SPL,DPOAE幅值随刺激强度的升高而升高,检出阈和潜伏期随频率的升高分别降低和缩短;多数人频谱变化过程曲线平坦,变异系数为253±1.89%,部分耳(7耳)变化过程曲线异常波动,占18.5%;提示频谱变化过程分析可能有反映耳蜗功能的亚临床病变的意义.
In order to study the basic characteristics of DPOAE, especially the DPOAE spectrum changes, 19 cases of 38 ears of normal hearing adults were selected for DPOAE test according to 0.125-8kH_z double-frequency pure tone threshold and tympanogram.The test contents include DP- O curve, latency and DPOAE spectral changes.Results: DPOAE can be detected in normal people with obvious individual differences in amplitude, and DP-DPT shows a bimodal volt-peak with peak values of 9.11 ± 5.28dB SPL and 7.72 ± 6.85 dB SPL, located at 1.5,6kHz at 3kHz minimum, 5.56 ± 5.84dB SPL, DPOAE amplitude increased with the stimulation intensity, the detection threshold and latency decreased and shortened as the frequency increases; the majority of the spectrum The variation curve was flat, the coefficient of variation was 253 ± 1.89%, and the curve of part ear (7 ears) fluctuated abnormally, accounting for 18.5%. It suggested that the analysis of spectrum changes may have the significance of subclinical lesions reflecting cochlear function.
