体罚,一个在如今“以人为本”思想盛行的时代中令人切齿的行为,还存留于某些小学教师之中,这必定会给受体罚的小学生的身心抹上一层浓重的阴影。作为施罚者的教师,同时又是从事教育教学活动的主体,显然没有严格履行教师伦理责任。本文从一则教师体罚学生的现实案例出发,立足于教育伦理范畴中教育人道主义、教书育人、为人师表三大基本原则以及师生伦理和家校伦理关系,并结合小学生自身特点对其进行伦理解读,以探讨消除教师体罚学生现象的实现途径。
Corporal punishment, an incongruous act in the age of “people-centered” thinking, and remaining among some primary school teachers, will surely cast a heavy shadow over the mind and body of imprisoned corporalists. As teachers of punishments, at the same time, they are also the main bodies engaged in education and teaching activities. Obviously teachers’ ethical responsibilities are not strictly fulfilled. Based on the actual case of a corporal punishment student, this paper bases on the three basic principles of education humanitarianism, teaching and educating people, teacher-student ethics and the ethics of teachers and students as well as the characteristics of pupils according to their own characteristics Ethical interpretation to explore ways to eliminate teachers’ phenomenon of corporal punishment.
