我在小學裏做了不到三年的教學工作,後來在師專僅僅學習了三、四個月就到中學裏教一年級語文。我的文化水平很低,在中學裏担任教學工作也還不到一年,因而也没有什麼成熟的經驗可談,只好談談在教課方面的一些體會。一熟習教材——發掘教材内容的思想性、目的性和系統性 1.對全冊教材的熟悉:開學初我把全冊教材開讀了幾遍,在反覆閱讀中研究了教材的思想性與目的性。教材中有些課都有着同類的思想內容。例如:「毛主席和工人」、「進京日記」、「見列寧去」、「星期六義務勞動日」這四課都是寫領袖的言行或領袖與人民的關係的。我就在這四課裏有計劃的向學生進行热愛領袖並向領袖學習的教育。其他像屬於愛國主義教育的、國際主義教育的、愛護公物教育的、愛科學教育的、熱愛人民軍隊的、階級教育的以及思想方法訓練的等等課文都明確它們的目的要求,有計劃的來貫徹思想教育。這樣一學期中要向同學進行那些教育,心裏就有了數。同時,全冊教材的思想內容也是有系統的、循序漸進的。認識不到這點,
