利用自蔓延高温合成结合准热等静压法(SHS/PHIP)制备了TiC-Ni基金属陶瓷TN20(TiC-16.8Ni-4.2Mo),金属陶瓷中主要由TiC颗粒和Ni粘结相组成的。TiC颗粒连接成骨架状结构分布在不连续的粘结相当中,TiC相与Ni相界面结合良好,界面附近和粘结相内部存在大量位错。同时研究了在两个压力下(90MPa和160MPa)制备的材料的力学性能,发现在160MPa压力下,材料的强度与用传统方法生产的相近成分的K138A非常接近。
The TiC-Ni-based cermet TN20 (TiC-16.8Ni-4.2Mo) was prepared by SHS / PHIP method. The cermet mainly consisted of TiC particles and Ni binder phase of. TiC particles connected into a skeleton-shaped structure distributed in the discontinuous bond quite, TiC phase and Ni phase interface well, there are a large number of dislocations near the interface and the bond phase. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the material prepared under two pressures (90MPa and 160MPa) were studied. It was found that the strength of the material at 160MPa is very close to that of K138A produced by conventional method.
