2007年秋,南京市东山小学小学语文学科围绕努力提高小学语文教学质量,首先开展了“打造常态高效课”的专题研讨活动,并通过课例展示、研讨讲座等形式推广研究成果。广大教师“向日常课要质量”的意识得到了增强,众多骨干教师在活动中得到成长。随着课改的深入,一线普通教师在实践过程中面临越来越多的问题和困难,有的把“日常课”和“课改课”对立起来,他们缺乏将理念转化为行为的方法和策略,他们需要“手把手”地指导。在此背景下,学校提出并探讨了“话题展开式”的教研活动形式,把它作为近期促进广大教师实践新课程、提高日常课教学质量的有效途径。
In the autumn of 2007, focusing on efforts to improve the quality of Chinese teaching in primary schools, the Chinese subject of Dongshan Primary School in Nanjing Municipality first conducted a special seminar on “Making Normal Efficient Lessons” and promoted the research results through class demonstrations, seminars and lectures.
