文献中有许多关于动脉内注射核甙酸肌甙保护肾功能的报导(Fernando等,1976,1977a,1977b)。此法成功地用于人类缺血性肾脏手术亦已有报导(Wickham等,1978a,b)。在动物实验中给鼠的肾脏使用肌甙,在所观察的动物中,不论是经动脉注入肾内使用或者是静脉内使用或者是腹膜中使用,对保护肾脏活力均有相同的作用。因此,对临床上静脉内注射肌甙效果进行评价是合理的。
There are many reports in the literature about the protection of intramuscular inosine to protect renal function (Fernando et al., 1976, 1977a, 1977b). The successful use of this method in human ischemic kidney surgery has also been reported (Wickham et al., 1978a, b). In animal experiments, the use of inosine in the kidneys ’kidneys has the same effect on protecting the kidneys’ vitality in the animals observed, whether injected into the kidneys via the artery or used intravenously or intraperitoneally. Therefore, it is reasonable to evaluate the effect of intravenous injection of inosine clinically.
