由于解剖部位的特殊 ,乏特壶腹部的良性肿瘤处理上比较困难。 2 0世纪 80年代中期 ,Ryan[1] 用局部切除胰胆管成型术治疗壶腹部的良性肿瘤 ,并慎重用于治疗壶腹部的早期原位癌。我们自 1997年开始采用局部切除、胰胆管成型术治疗壶腹部肿瘤 5例。现报道如下。1　临床资料本组 5 Due to the special anatomy, the treatment of benign tumors of the ampulla of Vaud is more difficult.
