以直齿圆锥齿轮为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件,在圆锥齿轮啮合接触面,对齿轮进行接触应力分析,阐述了齿轮有限元接触分析的方法,对计算结果进行分析,获得齿轮等效应力分布图。借助ANSYS的参数化设计语言(ANSYS Parametric Design Language,简称APDL)实现了圆锥齿轮外啮合传动的有限元建模和分析的参数化设计,开发了圆锥齿轮接触有限元分析的用户操作界面。通过与传统的接触应力计算对比,表明分析过程中的模型处理、单元类型选择与网格划分、加载位置和方式、参数化设计、界面设计等合理准确,分析结果正确,与实际情况相符,适用于工程实践中计算齿轮的静态接触应力。
In this paper, the spur bevel gear is taken as the research object. The contact stress of the bevel gear is analyzed by using the ANSYS software. The contact stress analysis is carried out on the bevel gear. The method of finite element contact analysis of the gear is expounded and the calculation results are obtained. . With ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL), the parametric design of the finite element modeling and analysis of the bevel gear external meshing transmission was realized. The user interface of the bevel gear contact finite element analysis was developed. Comparing with the traditional calculation of contact stress, it shows that the model processing, cell type selection and meshing, location and method of loading, parametric design, interface design and so on are reasonable and accurate, the analysis results are correct, and are consistent with the actual situation Calculate the static contact stress of gear in engineering practice.
