我校是一所普通完中。前几年教学质量低,七九年初中毕业班留级率达33%。几年来,我们认真总结经验教训,依靠广大教师,经过艰苦努力,初中的教学质量有了明显的提高,学校的面貌也发生了一些变化。我们在实践中深切体会到,教师和学生是提高教学质量的能动因素,他们既是管理的对象,又是管理的主体。其中,教师的“教”又起着主导作用。调动、发挥、保持教师的积极性,是搞好学校管理、提高教学质量的关键。在这方面,我们的认识和做法是:
Our school is an ordinary finish. In previous years, the quality of teaching was low, and the repeat rate in middle school in early July 79 was 33%. Over the past few years, we have conscientiously summed up the experiences and lessons, and rely on the teachers. After hard work, the quality of junior high school education has been significantly improved, and the appearance of the school has also undergone some changes. We have learned in practice that teachers and students are the driving factors in improving teaching quality. They are both the object of management and the main body of management. Among them, teachers’ “teaching” plays a leading role. To mobilize, play, and maintain the enthusiasm of teachers is the key to doing a good job in school management and improving the quality of teaching. In this regard, our understanding and practice are:
