我校是一所普通完中。前几年教学质量低,七九年初中毕业班留级率达33％。几年来,我们认真总结经验教训,依靠广大教师,经过艰苦努力,初中的教学质量有了明显的提高,学校的面貌也发生了一些变化。我们在实践中深切体会到,教师和学生是提高教学质量的能动因素,他们既是管理的对象,又是管理的主体。其中,教师的“教”又起着主导作用。调动、发挥、保持教师的积极性,是搞好学校管理、提高教学质量的关键。在这方面,我们的认识和做法是: Our school is an ordinary finish.
