通过品种(系)自交效应的测定,发现自交衰退现象大多发生在营养器官性状,如株高、茎粗、分枝数、节数等;而生殖器官性状则较少发生.世代间性状的相关和回归分析结果表明,营养器官性状的遗传力较高,而生殖器官性状的遗传力较低;根据亲子世代性状间相关系数,可间接选择具有相关优良性状的子代.品种间杂种优势表现在株高、分枝数、有效花序数、荚数和粒数.株高的双亲平均值与杂种F_1代相关系数达显著水平.
The results of self-fertilization showed that the phenomenon of self-fertility recession occurred mostly in vegetative organ traits such as plant height, stem diameter, number of branches, number of nodes and so on, whereas genital traits occurred less frequently. The results of correlation and regression analysis showed that the vegetative organ traits had high heritability and low heritability of genital traits. According to the correlation coefficient between parents and offspring, the offspring with related good traits could be indirectly selected. The results showed that plant height, branch number, effective inflorescence number, pod number and grain number had significant correlations between the average parents of parents and F1 hybrids.
