随着农业机械化的深入发展,近年来,一种履带式全喂入式的水稻联合收割机开始应用到水稻收割中,这种全喂入式的水稻联合收割机大大减少了农民的收割时间,提高了收割效率,提升了种植水稻的综合效益;但这种新型的履带式收割机也面临着维修和保养的难题。由于新型机械结构复杂、技术先进、维修难度大、农村机械操作人员和使用人员的技能学习未能跟进农机换代的速度,少量掌握维修技能的专业维修人员无法满足大量农机维修的需求,基于此,通过分析履带全喂入式水稻联合收割机的故障,找出转向机构容易出现的问题,并提出解决方法。
