[目的]浅析短暂性脑缺血发作的治疗方法。[方法]通过查阅维普2005至2010相关文献468篇及结合临床。[结果]短暂性脑缺血发作抗血小板治疗首选,症状不缓解者联合中医方法治疗。我院收治的30例患者经上述治疗,治愈25例,显效3例,有效1例,无效1例。[结论]短暂性脑缺血发作经中西医结合治疗疗效显著。 [Objective] To analyze the treatment of transient ischemic attack. [Methods] By referring to 468 articles of Vip from 2005 to 2010 and combining with clinical data. [Results] The first choice of antiplatelet therapy for transient ischemic attack, the symptom not relieved and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. In our hospital, 30 patients were treated by the above treatment, 25 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, 1 effective and 1 ineffective. [Conclusion] The treatment of transient ischemic attack by traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect.
