目的分析医务工作人员手部的微生物感染情况以及消毒对于污染的控制影响。方法 143例医务工作者,对消毒之前各医务工作者手部微生物污染情况监测以及对消毒前后微生物杀除率进行观察。结果各职业的手部污染率均为100%,污染率无差异。而在微生物量方面,护士的微生物量最大,其次依次为护理员、收款员、检验人员和医生;医生与检验人员的微生物杀除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而护士、护理员和收款员的微生物杀除率要显著低于医生和检验人员的微生物杀除率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正确地洗手及消毒是控制手部污染及院内感染的重要措施。
Objective To analyze the microbial infection in the hands of medical workers and the control effect of disinfection on pollution. Methods A total of 143 medical workers monitored the microbiological contamination of the hands of medical workers prior to disinfection and the rate of microbial kill before and after disinfection. Results The occupational hand contamination rate was 100%, no difference in pollution rate. In terms of microbial biomass, nurses had the highest microbial biomass, followed by nurses, cashiers, inspectors and doctors. There was no significant difference in the rate of microbial kill between doctors and inspectors (P> 0.05). However, the rate of microbiological killing of nurses, caretakers and cashiers was significantly lower than that of doctors and inspectors (P <0.05). Conclusions Proper hand washing and disinfection are important measures to control hand contamination and nosocomial infection.
