一师附小是陈鹤琴先生创办的学校之一,从陈老的“活教育”思想到上世纪80年代初倪谷音校长创导的愉快教育,我们始终把“一切为了孩子”的理念作为立校之魂,把培养“学做人”作为办学宗旨,陈老的目的论、课程论和方法论至今对我们办学起着引领、指导的作用。我们认为,“一切为了学生”这一理念要像阳光一样照射到每一个学生身上,那么学校除了要有共性的国家课程,还应该有学校特色的课程学习加以补充和支持,学生在学习必需的文化知识并保证质量的同时,应拓宽学习的领域,培养在学习方面的广泛兴趣。学校有1650多名学生,校园的学习生活是他们生命成长中的重要活动,但是他们在学习、成长方面的差异太大了,学校应该为他们的成长提供多一点的学习计划,开辟多一点的学习层面,创设多一点的学习经历,以满足他们不同的个性发展需求,为他们将来进入高一层的学校,乃至进入社会,成为现代中国人奠定良好的基础。本着这样的想法,我们在2006年就开始构建校本的课程体系:
