新课标教学,学生的主体地位被提到了前所未有的高度。教学过程不再被看作一种纯粹的给予和接受的静态过程,而是师生之间,生生之间相互交流、相互接受的动态过程。其中生生互动即课堂教学中学生与学生之间的互动,它是体现“以学生发展为本”的课改思想的重要方面。学生的自我体验、自我认识、自我解决问题能力的提高是课改的终极目标。在教学实践中,以学生发展为本,但是以学生发展为本不是削弱教师的作用,相反,从某种意义上说,还是对教师作用的强化,对教师的要求更高,在生生互动中,教师要做一个倾听者、点拨者、激发者、决断者。
