邵阳市体育馆是一项综合性体育建筑,建筑面积6750m~2。体育馆大厅屋盖结构采用两向正交斜放平板钢网架,网架平面尺寸45×60m、高3m,网格格距5m,四边简支于41根钢筋混凝土柱顶上,柱顶标高14.5m。一、爬升工艺设计目前国内外网架拼装主要采用空中组装和地面拼装两种,地面拼装高空作业少,容易保证拼装质量,安装方法有提升、顶升和滑升等。鉴于我公司大型吊装机具不足,小型液压滑模机具齐备,结合施工现场狭窄,网架支承结构细长比较大,既不便采用大型机具提升,又不宜采用液压滑升。通过多次讨论和方案对比,决定采用“地面拼装、液压整体爬升”的施工方案。该法为支承柱预制吊装,网架在地面拼
