根据《金属非金属矿山安全规程》的规定:“井下电气设备禁止接零。采用矿用变压器,若采用普通变压器禁止中性点直接接地,地面中性点直接接地的变压器不得向井下供电。”我公司井下的低压配电系统采用了电源申性点不接地的lT系统。该系统的一个突出优点就在于它在发生一相接地故障的情况下,所有的三相用电设备仍可暂时继续运行,但同时出现一个问题就是另两相的对地电压将由相电压升高到线电压,增加了对人rrrrrrrrn身的安全威胁。因此,有必要做好井下低压配电系统单相接地的监察工作。
