《旅游法》的颁布与实施将对我国整个旅行社行业的经营管理产生重大的影响。《旅游法》突出强调保障旅游者和旅游经营者的合法权益,要求旅游社业者应当诚信经营,公平竞争,承担社会责任,为旅游者提供安全、健康、卫生、方便的旅游服务。为适应本法,旅行社应高度重视旅游质量,自觉维护员工权益,提高经营管理水平,走内涵式发展道路。
The promulgation and implementation of the “Travel Law” will have a significant impact on the operation and management of the entire travel agency industry in our country. The Tourism Law prominently emphasizes the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators and requires tourism agencies to operate honestly, compete fairly and assume social responsibilities so as to provide travelers with safe, healthy, hygienic and convenient travel services. In order to adapt to this law, travel agencies should attach great importance to the quality of tourism, consciously safeguard the rights and interests of employees, improve the management level, and take the connotative development path.
