将厄密函数作为包络波函数解析地求解了电场和磁场同时垂直作用在超晶格结构上的一维有效质量方程，利用传递矩阵方法求得电子隧穿双势垒结构的传输系数，并对计算结果作了讨论．
Using the Hermitian function as the envelope wave function, the one-dimensional effective mass equation of electric field and magnetic field acting perpendicularly on the superlattice structure is analytically solved. The transfer coefficient of the electron tunneling dual-barrier structure is obtained by using the transfer matrix method. The calculation results are discussed.
