高考与会考在同一被试群体中表现出来的平均分上的差值,称为成绩落差。能否正确认识和调控成绩落差,关系到高等学校能否有效地择优录取,中学基础教育能否深化改革,也关系到考试招生制度能否深化完善。 1977年我国恢复高考制度时,普通高中没有全面统一的考试制度,高考基本上沿袭传统模式。虽然高考与中学毕业考试的成绩落差已客观存在,但社会反应并不强烈,究其原因,
