运算能力主要是指学生在有目的数学运算活动中能合理、灵活、正确地完成数学运算活动效率的个性心理特征,它不是简单的加减乘除的计算,而是与观察能力、记忆能力、理解能力、推理能力以及想象能力等有关的由低级到高级的综合能力。提高学生的运算能力,首先要学好数学的基础知识,即理解和掌握各种运算所需要的概念、性质、公式和法则等;其次,要提高学生运算中的推理能力,运算的实质是根据定义及性质,从已知条件推导出结果的过程,也是一种推理过程。为此,学生在进行运算时,应做到步步有根据,进行合理运算,避免出现无效的运算,并注意提高运用运算性质和公式来进行推理的能力;再次,要提高学生的记忆力,讲究记忆的方法,牢固掌握一些常用的数据、公式和法则。一、影响学生运算能力的因素
