总有一种力量支撑企业“活下来”由于生存环境和历史背景的特殊性,中国大多数企业的成功法则似乎并不能完全套用那些国际管理理论。如果把这些企业放到国内的大环境下来看其能够立足的原因,许多都能够归为两类:一种企业,本来并不起眼,突然在某一个拐点,发生了倍增。这个拐点,它解决了一些难题,或是抓住了某种机会;另一种企业,经历过绝处逢生,在快要走向完结的时候,凭着它的某种能力,或是在外力的帮助下挺过了难关。而通观这些绝处逢生的企业和遇到拐点的企业,最初可能都是一些平凡无奇,甚至在死亡线上挣扎的企业。而总有那么一种能力,让企业真切感受到自己存在的价值。
