本文从知识结构的内涵出发,通过对教师队伍中存在的知识结构类型的合理性进行分析,又从教育学的观点确定了知识结构的合理性标准,指明了一个合理的知识结构的创建原则,并在此基础上形成了一个当代教师知识结构的大体模式,最后还阐述了教师知识结构的发展趋势,以期对当前的教师素质提高提供帮助,从而使教师的教学工作能够适应时代的要求。
Based on the connotation of knowledge structure, this paper analyzes the rationality of the types of knowledge structure existing in teachers’ ranks, and from the pedagogical point of view, determines the rationality standard of knowledge structure, points out the principle of creating a reasonable knowledge structure, Based on this, a general model of contemporary teachers ’knowledge structure has been formed. Finally, the development trend of teachers’ knowledge structure has been expounded in order to help improve the current teachers ’qualities, so that teachers’ teaching can adapt to the requirements of the times.
