学生的求知欲望是在老师的表扬激励下不断产生的。教师要多给学生思考问题的时间,鼓励学生质疑问难。只要问题是围绕上课的主题,老师都应先予表扬、鼓励。我根据多年的教学经验,将我的建议总结如下。一、领会学生的疑问,鼓励学生质疑弄清题意,是解决问题的前提。有些教师在教学中由于没听明白学生提出的问题,对学生提出的问题采取不理不睬的态度,这样容易伤害学生的学习主动性和积极
Students desire for knowledge is constantly inspired by the teacher’s recognition. Teachers should give students more time to think about problems and encourage students to ask questions.
