在大比表面积载体玻璃纤维网上制得粘结牢固、催化活性良好的TiO2催化膜,以此为基础制造出固定膜光催化氧化装置。用该装置对城市自来水进行了光催化氧化深度净化研究。经1h的处理,自来水中有机物的种类减少了60%,有机物总量(GC—M总峰面积)去除了70%;Ames试验呈阳性的进水经处理转为阴性;出水的细菌总数明显下降。水质全面改善,达到了直接安全饮用的要求。
A TiO2 catalyst film with strong adhesion and good catalytic activity was prepared on a large specific surface area carrier glass fiber web, and a fixed film photocatalytic oxidation device was manufactured based on this. With this device, the urban tap water was deeply purified by photocatalytic oxidation. After 1 hour of treatment, the amount of organic matter in tap water decreased by 60%, and the total amount of organic matter (GC-M total peak area) was removed by 70%; the positive water in Ames test became negative after treatment; the total number of effluent bacteria decreased significantly. . The overall improvement of water quality has achieved the requirement of direct safe drinking.
