为了对城市轨道交通服务水平进行客观定量的评价,提出了基于物元可拓学的轨道交通服务水平评价模型。基于乘客的主观感受,从方便性、效率性、舒适性和经济性四方面构建了城市轨道交通服务水平评价体系;充分考虑专家的知识经验和实测数据的客观性,采用AHP和熵值法确定了评价指标权重;将轨道交通服务水平划分为4级,根据物元可拓学构造经典域物元、节域物元和可拓集合中的关联函数,建立轨道交通服务水平评价模型。将该模型用于西安市地铁二号线服务水平评价,评价结果显示其服务水平为一级,验证了模型的实用性和可行性。
In order to objectively and quantitatively evaluate the service level of urban rail transit, an evaluation model of rail transit service level based on matter element extenics is proposed. Based on the subjective feelings of passengers, the evaluation system of urban rail transit service level is constructed from the aspects of convenience, efficiency, comfort and economy. Taking full account of the knowledge experience of experts and the objectivity of measured data, AHP and entropy method are used to determine The grade of rail transit service is divided into four levels. Based on the matter element extenics, the related functions in the classical domain matter element, the section object matter element and the extension set are constructed to establish the evaluation model of rail transit service level. This model is used to evaluate the service level of Metro Line 2 in Xi’an. The evaluation results show that the service level is one level, which verifies the practicability and feasibility of the model.
