此项试验研究工作旨在探讨在普通泡床沸腾炉中应用喷床技术,从而能够燃烧不经破碎和含灰量大的原煤的可行性。试验包括研究不同密度的大尺寸颗粒在床内的离析条件,在喷床作用下定向运动的规律,以及利用喷床自动风选除去密度较大的大石块和灰渣的性能。初步冷态试验在布风板面积为0.6×0.2m~2的床上进行,现已推广至0.6×1.0m~2的流化床上试验,并分别采用多孔式和风帽式布风板,通过试验,得到一些有益的结论。
This pilot study aims to investigate the feasibility of applying a gush bed technique in an ordinary bubble bed boiling furnace to burn raw coal that is free from crushing and ash content. The test includes the study of the segregation conditions of large size particles with different densities in the bed, the regularity of the directional movement under the action of the injection bed, and the performance of removing the densities of large boulders and ash by the automatic air blowing of the injection bed. The initial cold test was carried out on a bed with an area of 0.6 × 0.2 m ~ 2 and has been extended to a fluidized bed test of 0.6 × 1.0 m ~ 2, and porous and hood-type air baffles were adopted respectively to pass Test, get some useful conclusions.
