城市一般小学,面对大部分的外来务工子女,统一讲授满足不了层次不同的学生。在协同教育理论的引领下,笔者所在的课堂一改“教为主导”的传统模式而代之以“学为主导”的备学模式,经过多年的实践与探索,欣喜地发现:教师教学观念转变了、教学方法灵活了、教学手段丰富了、素质水平提高了、教学科研能力增强了!其次学生学习数学的兴趣激发了、知识面拓宽了、学习能力发展了、解决问题的能力增强了、数学素养提升了!文章对此课堂进行了探讨。
Urban general primary schools, the face of the majority of migrant children, unified teaching can not meet the different levels of students. Under the guidance of collaborative education theory, the author’s classroom changed his traditional mode of “teaching as the leading” and replaced it with the “learning-led” preparation mode.
