电子邮件的接收和发送是Internet编程技术领域中的一个典型问题。本文给出了邮件收发功能的设计和简繁码内码的转换方法，阐述了具有简繁码内码转换功能的电子邮件系统的基本原理、设计和实现。
E-mail receiving and sending is a typical problem in the field of Internet programming technology. In this paper, the design of sending and receiving e-mail functions and the translating method of simple code internal code are given. The basic principle, design and implementation of e-mail system with simple code internal code conversion function are described.
