教师应该熟悉并把握教材的重难点。在备课时,应考虑教材的难易程度。在教学上,内容安排上尽量做到合理、科学,使之符合教育大纲的要求,力求突出“健康第一”的思想,对难度大的技术动作要求尽量分解,先简在体育课堂教学中,学生容易产生一些情绪障碍:如畏难、胆怯、紧张、自信心不足、怕与他人合作、担心学不会等一些心理。这些情绪的产生,有的是由于自身的影响,有的受外在条件的影响。心理学揭示:情绪可调节学生的积极性态度、情感环境决定学生在教学中的注意力集中是‘‘有兴趣、满意、积极、精神振奋“还是”冷淡、散漫、压抑、不满足、对抗“。长期的情绪障碍会引起学生心态的变化,而且还易导致学生
