1.合理构建学习小组。教师应对学生的知识基础、兴趣爱好、学习能力等等有大致的了解,将学困生、中等生和优等生进行合理搭配,以保证每个小组都有优秀生、中等生和学困生,尽量让各个小组间的水平相近。根据学困生的个性特长,给他们安排适当的小组角色,大家通过合作,共同完成学习任务。这样,每个小组成员都能体验到学习的成功和快乐,学困生也能在宽松愉快的学习氛围中重建自信,培养和提高与他人合作的能力。
