目的 :探讨结扎颈动脉不同部位后对兔面部和鼻部血流的影响。 方法 :结扎兔颈动脉的不同部位 ,利用激光多普勒血流计动态观察结扎手术前后兔面部和鼻部血流的变化。 结果 :(1)兔鼻部的血流量较面部丰富。 (2 ) 4种不同部位的颈动脉结扎手术后 2 4h内兔鼻面部血流量的变化 ,以结扎单侧颈外动脉及其分支组最低 ,单侧颈外动脉结扎组和双侧颈外动脉结扎组次之 ,单侧颈外动脉加同侧颈总动脉结扎组最高。 (3)结扎术后不同时间兔鼻面部血流量的变化 ,以结扎术毕时最低 ,以后呈逐渐升高趋势 ,其中结扎术后 1~ 2 h间血流量变化最明显。 结论 :(1)最有效控制手术侧血流量的方法是单侧颈外动脉结扎加同侧分支结扎。 (2 )结扎有关的动脉后 ,侧支循环很快就建立 ,早期所建的速度较快
Objective: To investigate the effect of ligating different parts of the carotid artery on the blood flow in the face and nose of rabbits. Methods: Different parts of rabbit carotid artery were ligated. The changes of blood flow in the facial and nasal area before and after ligation were observed dynamically by laser Doppler flowmetry. Results: (1) Rabbit nasal blood flow is more abundant than the face. (2) Changes of nasal facial blood flow in 4 hours after carotid artery ligation in 4 different sites, with the lowest in ligation of unilateral external carotid artery and its branch group, unilateral external carotid artery ligation group and bilateral external carotid artery Ligation group followed by unilateral external carotid artery plus common carotid artery ligation group highest. (3) The change of nasal facial blood flow at different time after ligation in rabbits was the lowest at the time of ligation, and then gradually increased after ligation, and the change of blood flow was the most obvious between 1 and 2 h after ligation. Conclusions: (1) The most effective way to control the surgical blood flow is unilateral external carotid artery ligation and ipsilateral branch ligation. (2) Ligation of the relevant arteries, collateral circulation quickly established early built faster
