目的:建立氯沙坦钾-氢氯噻嗪片中两个有效组分(氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪)的紫外光谱快速同时检测法。方法:以220~350 nm波长段作为两个有效组分氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪的量测波长范围,基于紫外光谱正交投影分别建立两个有效组分的含量测定方法。结果:该方法对氯沙坦钾和氢氯噻嗪的线性范围分别为0.016~0.024 mg/mL(r=0.999 6)和0.004~0.006 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),平均回收率分别为102.2%~104.4%(RSD=0.70%)和98.7%~103.6%(RSD=2.10%)。结论:该方法实现了在干扰组分共存条件下的快速、准确测定,同时也实现了含量相差较大的两个药效组分的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a rapid and simultaneous UV-spectrophotometric method for the determination of two active components in losartan potassium-hydrochlorothiazide tablets (losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide). Methods: The wavelength range of 220 ~ 350 nm was used as the measuring wavelength range of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide, and the determination method of two effective components was established respectively based on UV spectral orthogonal projection. RESULTS: The linear range of this method for losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide was 0.016-0.024 mg / mL (r = 0.999 6) and 0.004-0.006 mg / mL (r = 0.999 8) respectively. The average recovery was 102.2% 104.4% (RSD = 0.70%) and 98.7% -103.6% (RSD = 2.10%). Conclusion: This method can achieve rapid and accurate determination under the condition of co-existence of interfering components, and simultaneously realize the simultaneous determination of two pharmacodynamic components with large difference in content.
