培训行业是一个非常诱人的行业。据权威部门统计,截止2004年底,培训业的产值已达2000亿的规模,且正以每年30%以上的速度迅速增长,而行业利润甚至已接近1000亿元。不过,培训行业仍然是一个初级行业。从事培训业务的公司规模小、数量多,“大市场,小作坊”的现象非常突出。以上海为例,3300多家培训公司中年度利润规模在100万以内的占60%,1000万以上的只占2.1%。而目前全国还没有一家培训公司能达到市场份额的1%。面对市场容量大、行业利润高的培训市场,培训公司为什么都做不大呢?市场的“繁荣”后面必然隐藏着行业的深层危机!危机一:人云亦云,培训课程缺乏创新
