为了确定籽瓜挖瓤机挖刀装置的关键参数,进行了挖瓤试验,基于Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,利用Design-Expert软件,探讨了瓜瓤细碎度与挖刀转速、挖刀安装角度、挖刀安装间距的关系,建立了各因素与瓜瓤细碎度之间的数学模型。试验数据分析显示:建立的回归方程显著;3个因子对瓜瓤细碎度影响大小顺序为挖刀转速、挖刀安装间距、挖刀安装角度;通过方程模拟选优得出挖刀转速为252 r/min、挖刀安装角度为15°、挖刀安装间距为40 mm时,为最优参数组合,即瓜瓤细碎度为最大值93.74%。
