我校作为一所较大规模的高完中学校,经过反复酝酿,结合学校的办学历史、地域特点,结合时代特征并面向未来,确立了“让绿色文化浸润生命精彩”的核心理念和“德润心田,绿满人生”的办学理念。这一理念充分体现了以人为本的人本思想和德育首位的教育方针,一个“润”字也传神地体现了“绿色德育”的主要途径。笔者拟就如何把这一理念转化为德育工作实践谈一谈个人之见,是为探路之行,也期翼能对同仁有所增益。一、立之以念,晓之以理教育家杜威认为:德行之数目无穷,道德教育应首先将儿童作为一个有机整体来进行,培养宗教感情是道德德育的一项
