研究了新型混凝土抗氯离子渗透掺合料——氯离子吸附剂对不同水胶比混凝土与砂浆抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。进行了通过混凝土的ASTMC1202电量试验以及砂浆中氯离子含量的测定,得出结论:氯离子吸附剂对渗入混凝土与砂浆中的氯离子有很强的吸附作用,掺加质量分数为6%的氯离子吸附剂即可有效改善混凝土与砂浆的抗氯离子渗透性能。氯离子吸附剂与粉煤灰以及矿渣等掺合料混合使用时,其改善效果远好于任何一种单掺的情况。
The effect of the new type of concrete anti-chloride ion infiltration admixture-chloride ion adsorbent on the chloride resistance of concrete and mortar with different water-cement ratio was studied. The test of the power of ASTMC1202 and the determination of chloride ion content in mortar were carried out. The conclusion was drawn that the chloride ion adsorbent had a strong adsorption effect on the chloride ion infiltrated into the concrete and mortar. When the content of chlorine was 6% Ion adsorbent can effectively improve the concrete and mortar resistance to chloride ion permeability. When used in combination with admixtures such as fly ash and slag, the improvement effect of chloride ion adsorbent is much better than that of any single admixture.
