最近出现的第三代单晶高温合金CMSSX-10、ReneN6,其蠕变断裂性能比第二代单晶合金高约30℃。其成分的特点是含铼量高(达6%),含铬量低(约3%)但环境性能良好。据报道,第三代单晶合金已用作研制中的推重比为10的航空发动机F119的叶片材料。
The recent third generation single crystal superalloy CMSSX-10, ReneN6, its creep rupture performance than the second generation single crystal alloy is about 30 ℃. Its composition is characterized by high rhenium content (up to 6%), low chromium content (ca. 3%) but good environmental performance. It is reported that the third generation of single crystal alloys have been used as a blade material for the F119 aeroengine under development at a push-to-weight ratio of 10.
