随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,积极评价,构建学困生健康的心理环境成为基础教育改革的一个重要环节。基础教育课程改革倡导发展性评价,突出评价促进发展的功能,保护学生的自尊心、自信心,体现尊重与爱护,关注个体的处境与需要,注重发展和变化的过程。作为教师,笔者认为用发展的眼光看待每一个学生,扩大评价内容,积极评价他们的言行,有利于他们的发展,提高他们的自我效能感,使学生对自己充满信心。经过实践,笔者发现具体应从以下两方面着手:
With the continuous deepening of basic education curriculum reform and positive evaluation, building a healthy psychological environment for students with learning disabilities has become an important link in basic education reform. Basic education curriculum reform advocates development evaluation, highlights the function of promoting development, protects students’ self-respect, self-confidence, embodies respect and love, pays attention to the individual’s situation and needs, and pays attention to the process of development and change. As a teacher, the author believes that looking at each student with a development perspective, expanding the evaluation content, and positively evaluating their words and deeds is conducive to their development, raising their sense of self-efficacy, and giving students confidence in themselves. After practice, the author found that it should start from the following two aspects:
