目前,在风力发电机主轴位置上固定端使用一个双列调心滚子轴承的方案,并不是一个值得优先考虑的方案,并且在未来的设计中应该避免。本文主要讲述了在风力发电机主轴位置一端采用双列圆锥滚子轴承,另一端采用圆柱滚子轴承方案的好处。分析表明使用预紧的双列圆锥滚子轴承可以提高主轴的刚性,从而减小轴承滚道和齿轮箱输入零部件发生假性压痕的可能性。预紧并优化的内部游隙甚至可以在最极端的风力情况下,确保很好的系统稳
Currently, the use of a double row spherical roller bearing on the fixed end of the main shaft of the wind turbine is not a program of prioritization and should be avoided in future designs. This article describes the benefits of double row tapered roller bearings at one end of the main shaft position of the wind turbine and cylindrical roller bearings at the other end. Analysis shows that the use of preloaded double row tapered roller bearings can increase the rigidity of the spindle, thereby reducing the possibility of false indentations on the input components of the bearing raceways and gearboxes. Preloaded and optimized internal clearance ensures excellent system stability even under the most extreme wind conditions
