以小麦幼苗为材科,利用溶液培养调节其中的N、P、K含量,用PEG-6000控制溶液水势,研究不同营养水平对受水分胁迫的小麦幼苗水分关系的影响。试验的肥料水平,以正常Hoagland液为对照,另设低、中、高三级的N、P、K水平。在以上各级营养水平下培养7天的小麦苗,再给予中度和严重两级水分胁迫处理,2天后进行有关测定。结果表明:适当的无机营养水平可以提高受水分胁迫的小麦苗的水势,使其保持较高的组织含水量,改善了其水分状况,自由水/束缚水比例增大,NR活性相对较高,说明适当的营养水平,有利于植物体内的代谢活动。这些可能是“以肥调水”的部分原因。
Wheat seedlings were taken as materials, the contents of N, P and K were adjusted by solution culture and the solution potential was controlled by PEG-6000 to study the effects of different nutrient levels on the water relations of wheat seedlings under water stress.
