分析了多阶段任务系统成功运行的条件;在冷贮备系统的可靠性计算模型的基础上提出了单元是二态,失效率服从指数分布的冷贮备多阶段任务系统的可靠性计算模型;建立了系统可靠度、体积、重量和价格的子满意度函数,并利用层次分析法确定各个子满意度函数的影响因子;构建了基于综合满意度函数的贮备多阶段任务系统可靠性冗余优化模型,应用微粒群算法对模型进行求解.算例通过一个3个阶段的冷贮备系统来阐述该方法的应用,并验证了模型的合理性及算法的有效性.
Based on the reliability calculation model of cold standby system, the reliability calculation model of cold standby multi-stage task system with two-state unit and failure rate obeying exponential distribution was proposed. The reliability calculation model of multi-stage task system with multi- System reliability, volume, weight and price of the sub-satisfaction function, and the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the impact of various sub-satisfaction function factors; built based on the comprehensive satisfaction function of multi-task storage system reliability redundancy optimization model, The particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model.The example illustrates the application of the method through a three-stage cold storage system, and verifies the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
